Holy Cross Knights of Columbus Council 12652 will have its monthly "Take Out Beans" on the first Saturday of the month, May 7, 2016.
This month, dessert will be provided by the Prince of Peace Parish Youth Ministry's "Bake Sale" to coincide with the "Take Out Beans". Please support youth ministry fund raising for 6 teens to attend World Youth Day Kraków 2016 with Pope Francis, in Krakow, Poland this summer.
Beans and the bake sale will be at Holy Cross Church hall, 1080 Lisbon Street, Lewiston, from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
We will serve our famous baked beans with cole slaw, buns, ham, and bologna, and dessert will be available for purchase at the Bake Sale table. You can purchase a bean package special in pints ($8) or quarts ($10) or "a la carte" with prices as low as $3 for a pint of beans to meet your budget. You may call in your order after 12 noon on Saturday at 212-5163 and we'll have it ready for you to pick up after 2:00 pm, or just stop by and purchase. The Youth Ministry will have a variety of baked goods for purchase.
