We are excited to announce the kickoff of our Edge Middle School Ministry, starting this Sunday, October 13th, at 6:00 PM in the Holy Family Church Hall! We will be having pizza to kick off our night, and we can't wait to share this special evening with your youth.
This semester, our theme is "Discover the Hero Within!" We will explore the concept of virtue through the lens of some of our favorite superheroes. Superheroes remind us of the goodness of people and inspire us to embody virtuous living. Throughout our sessions, we will discuss what it means to live a virtuous life and reflect on how these superheroes exemplify both virtue and heroism.
What to Expect:

• Topic: What’s in a Superhero? (A deep dive into why we are fascinated by superheroes and the virtues they embody)
• Activities: Engaging discussions, group activities, and Scripture reflection.
• Weekly Challenge: Memorizing the Scripture passage Philippians 4:8.

In addition to our kickoff night, the subsequent meetings will be themed potlucks, with a Sign-Up Genius to contribute food. We aim to foster community and togetherness among our youth while enjoying delicious meals.
