LOCAL LEADERSHIP GROUPS AT EVERY CHURCH IN THE PARISH

We have begun to form Local Leadership Groups in each of our worship sites as a way to promote and connect with people on an individual basis.

We still have the parish council, which focuses on the parish as a whole and the pastoral needs, however, the local leaders groups will help the priests attend to the needs and ministries that seem to be connected to an individual site.
