As the new year begins, we have three major projects that will start. They are the new adoration chapel at Holy Family, Holy Family Tower repair and the classrooms at the Basilica. The altar rail will be finished soon, if not finished by the time you read this letter. It is beautiful if you have a chance, please go to the Basilica to see it. We have started fundraising for some of the projects, below you will see the estimated cost of repair and the amount we have raised as of 12/24/24 for which is the date I am writing this letter.
Adoration Chapel – approximately $100,000.00, donations received of $21,875.00
Holy Family Tower – estimated cost $339,650, donations received $50,759.00
Basilica Classroom – no final estimate, donations received $5,700.00
As you can see things are costly, but it is important to maintain all our buildings to have for years to come. Fr Dan and I both know that the economy is not the greatest but we both believe and know that we as a parish are very generous, and God will provide.
If you wish to donate to any of these projects please send your check to the office, go to our website and donate via online or simply come see Fr Dan or myself at the office, no gift is too small. As always if you have any questions and/or concerns please do not hesitate to give me a call at the office. Peace, Joline
