A 2-Year Program Open to All Children Starting in 1st Grade

Year 1 - Introduction to the Faith
Year 2 - Living a Sacramental Life

This is a 2- year program that typically begins as your child starts 1st grade. They will over the course of those two years, develop in the faith and uncover that the sacraments are visible signs of God here on earth.

In Year 1, your child will be introduced to the beauty of our Catholic faith and the sacraments that serve as gateways to a life of grace. This year is all about laying a strong foundation, helping your child understand the love of God, the importance of prayer, and the significance of the sacraments in our daily lives.

As your child progresses into Year 2, we will dive deeper into the sacraments of Reconciliation, Confirmation, and Holy Communion. This year is about growing in faith, understanding the gift of the Holy Spirit, and preparing to receive Jesus in the Eucharist. We will walk alongside your child every step of the way, ensuring they are ready to fully participate in these sacred mysteries.

Classes start 9/22 at Holy Trinity 9:00AM • Holy Family 9:30AM • new for 2024 Basilica Noon. Sign-up online to reserve your child’s spot!

prepare them too.
